2. Products and Customisation
Our products are made to order and may include personalised or customised elements such as text, layout, colours, fonts, sizes, or styles selected by the customer.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all customisation details entered at the time of ordering are correct. Once an order has been submitted, changes may not be possible.
3. Colour Accuracy and Print Disclaimer
Colours shown on screen are provided as a guide only.
Due to differences in display technology, screen calibration, colour profiles, materials, inks, and professional printing processes, printed colours may vary from how they appear on screen.
Bright, vivid, fluorescent or highly saturated colours may print less vibrant than displayed on digital screens. Such variations are a normal and unavoidable part of the printing process and do not constitute a fault.
We strongly recommend that customers consider this when selecting colours for their design.
4. Proofing and Preview Images
Any previews, mock-ups, or on-screen representations provided during the customisation process are for illustrative purposes only and are not a guaranteed representation of the final printed product.
Minor variations in colour, scale, alignment, or layout may occur between the preview and the finished item.
5. Ordering and Payment
All orders must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Once an order has been placed, production may begin immediately.
6. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Because our products are custom-made and personalised, they are exempt from the standard right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Errors made by the customer during customisation
- Differences in colour appearance between screen and print
- Minor variations inherent to the printing process
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
7. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a genuine manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, providing photographs where possible.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, templates, layouts, and content on this website remain the intellectual property of PosterQuote unless otherwise stated.
Customers must ensure that any text or content they submit does not infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter that cannot be excluded under UK law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in force at the time of your order will apply.
