We want you to feel confident when ordering from PosterQuote. Please read the information below before making a purchase.
Made-to-order and personalised products
Many PosterQuote products are made to order and may include personalised or custom-selected options such as style, colour, format or size. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns for unwanted items where the order has been produced as requested.
Please check your choices carefully before completing checkout.
Digital downloads
Digital downloads are non-physical products delivered immediately after purchase. Once a digital file has been accessed or downloaded, it is non-refundable unless there is a fault with the file.
If you experience a problem accessing your file, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your printed order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging where relevant
Once reviewed, we will work with you to put things right. This may include a replacement or refund where appropriate.
If you have changed your mind
As many of our items are produced to order or supplied as digital products, change-of-mind returns are not usually accepted.
If you are unsure about any product before ordering, please contact us first and we will be happy to help.
Reporting a problem
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can review the matter promptly.
We may ask for further information to help us investigate and resolve the problem fairly.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be made back to the original payment method.
Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
